| i have read from another ot-808 backup(same provider) flash ,when i try to write flash ,it write imei mistmach,any idea support?> |

| @ mishiko_gsm, In order to revive the phone perform following steps: 1. Uninstall SmartMoto you have 2. Download it once again 3. Install "Fresh" just downloaded SmartMoto 4. Run just downloaded SmartMoto 5. Restore security backup of the phone with "Write flash" operation. Security backup file can be found in the SmartMoto folder at your PC (x:\Program Files\GsmServer\SmartMoto\security backup\...) All security backups that were saved by SmartMoto are signed with the IMEI numbers. In order to restore correct backup, check phone's IMEI number and select the one that has exactly the same signification. Best Regards GSMServer team  |

| @ mishiko_gsm, New Smart-Clip update just released. Download and install SmartMoto, version 4.20, Restore security backup of the phone with "Write flash" operation. Security backup file can be found in the SmartMoto folder at your PC (x:\Program Files\GsmServer\SmartMoto\security backup\...) All security backups that were saved by SmartMoto are signed with the IMEI numbers. In order to restore correct backup, check phone's IMEI number and select the one that has exactly the same signification. After that post results along with the log file here, please.
