Phone Lock Code And Smart-clip


hi i am smart-clip user and i have got a motorola E1000 0.5.F.1
sw E1000_U_80.3F.361 but unfortunatly it has got user lock on it and also security code has been changed too so i can't get in the phone atall
tried to unlock it but failed
tried to read the phone by using smartmoto via smartclip.. failed
always get a message can't get int test inteface so can't even read the phone
tried conecting direct to pc but it nly installs NOTOROLA USB MODEM DRIVERS and i try to read the phone via coputer usb port but no phone was found
so any idead moto masters????????????????

yes i have m8
and it doesn't matter what version clip i got 2.05, 2.07. or 2.09
untill i can't take the user lock off SMART-CLIP can't touch the phone

sorry i couldn't reply because i was away for a week.
i have tried with this remote unlocker and it fails to read the information from this security enabeled motorola e1000 while it works fine on non security enabeled e1000

Even MSS4 can not read some motorola phones have phone code enabled.

where SMARTCLIP SUPPORT TEAM GONE i posted this thread almost 10 days ago but smartclip team hasn't said a word about it yet or they only answer what they like to answer or what they know??????????????
is there a solution for this problem apart from binning it?????????

I HAVE SORTED THE PROBLEM BY FLASHING THE PHONE BUT ATLEAST I HAVE KNOWN NOW HOW IGNORANT SC SUPPORT IS OR PERHAPS THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY
