Did you check phone's battery? Is it fully charged?
And did you try another com-port?

What OS do you use?
Download drivers from here and try once again: http://www.smart-clip.com/dl_user.php?id=ftdi_drivers

I try USB too and try via SpiderMan pin find and then after use com port and try universal cable but always side problem face and system use window XP.

This error appears because of communication problems. It can be caused by faulty cable, drivers conflict, low phone battery etc.
Try to uninstall drivers, install recommended drivers and repeat procedure according to the manual once again.
After that post results along with the log file here, please.
