please help me I can't install smart clip!!!!

Last week i received the smart clip, smart-card and smart adaptor from unlockcellular. I want to use in my laptop but it can recognize the smart adaptor and, in consequence, the smart clip. I have 20 phones waiting for service but i can't do this job because of this problem.
Could you tell me what I am doing wrong? I have disabled the os parallel port polling and restarted the laptop. I don't know what to do.
I checked the smart adaptor in another pc but the same problem.
Please I need your help!!!

remove all smart clip software & again install after installtion, attech s-card & smart clip after this press start button/programs/s card updater (smart clip red & green lights allways on if these light off then change suplly), if here show smart clip error, then open www.smart-clip.com site & update smart clip Latest versionsclick) Smart-Clip v4.07 (04.03.08)
then open Update mirror 2 click, there open new page now right click "install activex control" install it, after install this make a new windows now update your smart cilp box 100% sure work your smart clip box (malkeetranjeet@yahoo.com)

How can i know if the smart clip works fine without using smart adaptor?
the smart adaptor only shows red light when I connect to laptop. is it right?

install latest smart moto software, connect smart clip and s-card....serial nos. will be detected.

First install drivers for the Smart Adaptor and S-Card:

Smart Adaptor installation

1. Please download and install SmartMoto v3.00 or later version.
2. Connect Smart Adaptor to PC USB port.
3. The system detects a new device.
4. Please locate the driver for Smart Adapter
5. The Smart Adaptor is ready for update.

Drivers for the S-Card and detailed description of the installation procedure can be found here. After all drivers installed, restart the PC.

Update Smart Adaptor:

1. Connect Smart Adaptor to PC USB port.
2. Log to Update Zone at www.smart-clip.com.
3. Log to the Advanced tab.
4. Select USB port in "Communication Mode".
5. Lot to Smart Adaptor tab.
6. Press "Update" button.
7. The updater detects the Adaptor serial number.
8. The new firmware will be loaded to the device.
9. The Smart Adaptor is ready to be used for any Smart-Clip function

Update the Smart-Clip

1. Connect Smart Adaptor and S-Card to PC USB ports.
2. Connect Smart-Clip to the Smart Adaptor.
3. Power Smart-Clip ON (warning: don’t use battery!);
4. Log to Update Zone at www.smart-clip.com.
5. Log to the Advanced tab.
6. Select USB port in "Communication Mode".
7. Log to Smart-Clip tab.
8. Press "Update" button;
9. An ActiveX client should detect Smart-Clip serial, firmware version and S-Card serial, update process begins;
10. New firmware is loaded.

Update the S-Card:

1. Connect S-Card dongle to PC USB port;
2. Connect Smart-Clip to PC using Smart Adaptor or LPT cable;
3. Power Smart-Clip ON (warning: don’t use battery!);
4. Go to our Update Zone;
5. Update Zone uses ActiveX control, answer "Yes" to install and run it;
6. Log to the S-Card tab;
7. Press "Update" button;
8. An ActiveX client should detect Smart-Clip serial, firmware version and S-Card serial, update process begins;
9. New firmware is loaded.

Download and install latest version of the SmartMoto. Now you can work with any supported phone model. Detailed description for the unlock/flash procedures can be found at www.smart-clip.com in the SmartMoto section.

P.S. In case if during update procedure some error appear, save log file and send it to support[at]smart-clip.com

smart adaptor light show but smart clip box light red & green very imortent
these light on that's smart clip voltage ok
if voltage not ok then these lights not on
you are not use smart adaptor USE only DC POWER SUPLLY OR BATTERY BOOSTER (ELIMINTOR 1.5v to 12v)


smart clip RED & GREEN light allways on only give power supply (without computer attech) if light not work that's your smart clip box faulty

USB Device not found

That's happen when I connect the smart adaptor. The Smart adaptor only shows red light. The smart clip when i connect to power adapter shows red and green light. I think this is correct for the box, but happen with the smart adaptor. I have installed the drivers. Just when i connect to the usb port says "it would faster better in a usb port 2.0" the s-card can be read but the other devices not.
Should i buy a new smart adaptor? (i have just 6 days with it , it's new).
I have done all the procedure step by step but the same "USB device not found" and sorry for the inconvenience but i really need to solve this fast because i have many phones to work with.

Thanks for your patience and time. I will try reinstalling drivers again and again. I buyed the lpt cable to do the pending work in another pc and hoping the smart clip works fine. I work with a laptop so that's why i buyed the smart adaptor. I will post results.

Finally i have installed the smart adaptor smart clip and s-card. Uff. Just reinstalling drivers until it works. Just need to install U2l adapter boot loader (driver) to acces to boot-loader.com
Where can i find this driver?

Solved.I just needed to reinstall the clipusb driver again. Now i get the next error when trying to update smart adaptor :

Finally, i've got updated the smart adaptor. Just try and try. Was a server problem.

You are USE only parellel port not use USB Port parellel port is very easy to install

Malkeet, his computer HAS NO Paralell Port....common on many laptops of today, so he must use SmartAdaptor.
