plz help me to unlock moto gleam

hi i cant unlock gleam Z3X BOX Serial Port (COM3), provider - FTDI, drv. ver. 2.4.16.0 from 2/17/2009
MCU: MT6253, HW rev. A.04, SW rev. A.00
Release the Power ON button
Sending boot...com error, 0x04
Preparing...Com error 0x03

In most cases

error show that the wrong drivers were installed.
Install drivers that are recommended by the Smart-Clip team and run unlock operation according to the manual once again. Your issue will be solved.
Also, please notice that it is recommended to save calibration backup before performing any operation.
