problem flashing a v3xx

here is my log:
SmartMoto 3.12
S-Card: 577****** Smart-Clip dongle, v 2.07, assigned Smart-Clip: 724****** Europe, initializing... OK
Clip serial: 724******, version: 4.07, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found S Flash Argon, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 3.02
io timeout
io timeout


can some body help me and tell me what i am doing wrong.
my phone does not power up.

Whats the phone status Mate? If its in Normal Mode try it with Scout.

i am using a universal power suply. the one that use the 4 connetor.

i just chage the voltage on the power supply to 10v, but is the same iotimeout.

What do you want to do with this phone? Just flash it? Then flash it with Scout, but first you have to learn phone's firmware version in order to choose the right flash file.

Looks like you are trying to use "Enter flash mode" option for this phone. That is your mistake.

the problem is that i unlock this phone but in the end smart moto say: you have to flash this phone and bla bla bla.
first i try to flash it and nothing but later a try enter flash mode.
and this phones does not power up, just go to flash mode and thats it.

yes the phone is at&t and that was the flash file a sed i have, thats not my problem, the problem is when i try to flash the phone here is the log of what happen:

To be able to flash the phone with the *.mfw flash file Prepare Smart TestPoint procedure using Smart TestPoint cable has to be performed.

Can you perform prepare cycle once again? If yes, then log to "flash" bookmark after that, select needed flash file and flash the phone with it.
In order to do this you must have smart testpoint.

If you don't have smart testpoint, then just flash the phone using Scout Software. and *.pcf file version R26111MLD-AS_U_96.B0.0AR
