| You must by TP Connect And check, this is right Model and not V3re and another, then with special cable all you can read from smart-clip hompage with connect right |

| @ sirnavid2010, According to the log file you've posted Flash Chip can not be read properly. Quote:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair. Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air. 2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly. As for your case, as shown in the second log file, phone get detected as "S Blank Neptune LTE2" and boot version get read as "3.00". It means that the phone is connected via TP or has some hardware malfunctions or the TP is shorted. Please check PCB of the phone. Best Regards GSMServer team  | |
