As can be seen from the log file, Prepare Smart TestPoint procedure wasn't performed properly.
Please double check the TP picture and perfrom unlock procedure once again.

tespoints are not the same
the call is in boot mode now what why the log is shot!

Your V3re is normal. Double check the TestPoint picture and the PCB you have.
