Firmware E1000_U_82.31.6AI tried everything but light on smart clip goes red after working tried remove rsa but says no rsa use smartclip,any advice .cheers

no allways just tried removing rsa tried unlocking shouldnt need to flash to unlock????? is the software version off this phone new.

having the exact same problem , bootloader version is 0.6.1.2
software version is E1000_U_82.31.6AI

the clip goes through the actions , phone goes into bootloader mode and the green light flickers as per usual but then it just goes red..

i also got same problem , and 6.1.2 boot version does't need to remove RSA,
whats the problem , always got error with Red light,
Smart-Clip,s team you should upload here the solution.

For people who are having a problem with;
Motorola E1000 bootloader version 0.6.1.2 s/w version is E1000_U_82.31.6AI

Here is how to unlock this....
1.Flash E1000 boot file
2.Repair PDS
3.Full Flash Handset with Overwrite Boot area Ticked
4.Unlock handset as normal

Total time is usually 15-20mins for complete operation.

where to get the e1000 boot file from (i hope u r not going to suggest downloading it from bootloader.com)

i cant flash it with theboot loader flash file coz it always gives an error when i search for phone.. any more solutions???? thnx

Yes erors often comes....Like AT command error....means handset's application lock is on.Better to post here related log.

one question my friend, (by the way thanks for solution) .at the last stage of the process do we have to flash with the same flash file i.e E1000_U_82.31.6AI or any other? As this flash don't exist on boot-loader.com
