Problem in update smart clip & smart card

Hi,

I am using Smart Clip and Smart Card but now when try to update got error message "cannot connect to the server check internet connection or try later"

i have attached the error screen image. I already enable all active X in internet explorer setting.

Please assist me how to update Smart Clip and Smart Card.

me too face this error and tried from last 2 days.i updted my 1 clip and scard successfully 2 days before but wen i try update the other one i faced this error,kinldly scteam chek the server to fix this problem
