Problem V3x unlock ... phone dead - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I got today 4 pieces of V3x from a customer.
SW R252211LD_U_85.97.F63P, boot 0.6.8.3

I unlocked 2 pieces with testpoint and SmartMoto ver. 1.23 (my S-Card is coming in 1 or 2 days). Unlock was ok.

For the remaining 2 pieces after unlock the phones did not start anymore. I tried most of the versions of software from boot-loader.com (with full-flash, flex, reflash). The software can be flashed with no problem but the phone won't start. I also tried with PSD repair and then full flash.
The only result I obtained was when flashing with sw:
RAZRV3xv_R252211LD_U_85.92.70R_lp0031_flash_flex.s mf
(even that with info from SmartMoto the phone says it is a V3x) -- after flashing that file the phone starts but no display and lights on display.
How do I repair the phones?

I mention that I have backup for one of the phones that unlocked ok (same version as the phones that died after unlock).
I also tried with another display and flex cable and the same result.

Note: help wanted as soon as posible!

@ iflorinus75,

try to Flash non-functional phone with backup file, after that Restore Security Area. Original Security Area can be recognized by IMEI.
