Clip not found Clip serial: 7066xxxxx Firmware version: 1.22 login... OK Server firmware version: 1.24 Checking clip... OK prepare... prepare write failed prepare try #2...prepare cmd failed prepare try #3...prepare cmd failed prepare try #4...prepare write failed prepare try #5... prepare write failed When I connect now with your server I receive: Clip serial: 7066xxxxx Reading extended info...failed I am afraid that soft in clip is gone now. Can you help me please? I have sent the logfile to support, but no answer yet. BR, Jeanfleur |
