In most cases when the phone get read by the SmartMoto as "S Blank" it shows that the handset has some hardware malfunction or the TP is shorted.
If the set get detected as "S Flash", then restore procedure depends on how the phone was connected during first attempt of the unlock procedure. If it was powered on, then temporary backup supposed to be saved by the SmartMoto automatically. Just run unlock procedure via Prepare cycle once again. During the unlock procedure Smartmoto will detect temporary backup and would suggest you to restore it, press yes. After successfull unlock procedure the backup will be restored and the phone will be unlocked.
If the set wasn't powered on, then temporary backup wasn't saved. In such case the set suppose to be flashed with the same or higher firmware version in order to power on.
