...used test point method and unlock and it was done but its still need for unlock code...wat i do next

i think your PDS is corrupted.
try to repair PDS with TP connected.
maybe it will sort your problem.

V3x ask for unlock code has nothing to do with pds.This phone has user lock.SC only remove the sp lock .Try motorola test card to find out the user lock....

@ chris2007,

What code the handset asks for?

If it asks for user code code you can try to perform the following:

1. power on the phone with any SIM
2. when it asks for user code, press MENU button
3. then it will ask for security password, enter 000000 and press OK (000000 - default security password. It might not be accepted, in case it was modified by user)
4. now you should be able to perform a Master reset & Master clear from the menu.

If that will not help, than You should Full flash the handset using TP method.

If it asks for subsidy code, then the handset wasn't unlocked. In such case try to unlock it once again.

if its ur user code it appearse on smartmoto after attach if not working u can reset the device from sm

If cannot reset from Smart Moto, Try Full Flash will solve Problem 100%.

I think you need to flash the phone for reset security code...
