RAZR3x unlock problem - GSM-Forum

SmartMoto 3.14
S-Card: ******* Smart-Clip dongle, v 2.08, assigned Smart-Clip: @ Europe, initializing... OK
Clip serial:*******, version: 4.07, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (RAZRV3x), getting test interface... OK
Model RAZRV3x
Firmware R25221LD_U_85.83.E7P
Switching to flash mode... reconnect error
Check if the phone battery charge is OK

battry is fully charged also i tried with power supply but same error
when i try to carry it to flash mode by pressing *+#+ power on
show crictical error 01 13

tell me one thing now ur phone is in normal conditiom or in flash mode.....

try to flash in boot mode
and unlock

tell me boot ver and update smart moto 3.20 in www.smart-clip.com

use full charge battery and check test point connect correctly then unlock
