reading flash id..clip communication failed


i am run smartmoto 1.07 under win xp.
i have a c650 that when i power it on it goes into flash mode..the phone worked fine before i accidently flashed it with a lower version.i wanted to unbrand the phone..now phone will only go into boot mode normally i would just reflash it with backup but it wont let me..here is the log.

Clip serial: *********, version: 2.17, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found S Flash Neptune LTE, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 7.B0
Reading flash id... clip communication failed
why do i get clip communication failed the phone is new.
smart clip team please help i must flash the backup back onto the phone.

have tried testpoint method

maybe i made the testpoint wrong..becuz nothing happens when i connect testpoint and click on search for phone
the way i mad the test point is i soldered a short cable to chassis and a pin to the end of the cable and then i touch the testpoint with the pin is this correct?

testpoint method worked

ok i was able to flash the hone with testpoint method.now the problem is that i checked overwrite boot area flashed100% ok but phone does not power up not even to flash mode anymore and when it says reading boot version FF FF.
i guess i messed up boot area i have flashed 3 more times and tried to overwrite the boot area but it does not fix the problem.is there anway i can fix this

Phone has a technical problem. More likely, flash memory chip has a lose contact somewhere.
