Repair Manual for the MotoMAGX based phone models that hang at Moto logo


1. Connect phone in Boot Mode (press and hold *# PWR ON buttons) to PC USB port, launch SCout multiflasher and flash the phone with required *.pcf flash file
2. After flashing procedure the phone is being restarted. Remove the battery from the phone as soon as reboot procedure starts. Phone doesn't have to turn on!
3. Disconnect USB cable from the phone, insert battery back and start it in Boot Mode (press and hold *# PWR ON buttons)
4. Connect the phone in boot mode to PC via Smart-Clip, run SmartMoto
5. Choose "Smart-Clip USB port (MotoMAGX)" in phone connection window
6. Press Search button, log to Unlock bookmark and press "Unlock" button in order to repair the phone
7. The message "Unlock – OK" informs that process completed successfully.
8. The phone Powers On and shows "Insert SIM" message.

Please note that the phone shouldn't power on until the last stage completed. If the phone powers on before Repair procedure completes, repeat whole operation from the beginning.

My problem in u9 completely dead why?

My phone completely dead
first phone u9 need to unlock
sw version:r6632_g_81.14.06r
boot version:6.29
flex version:gsjpicofido01na081
after unlock phone .{phone in flash mood}phone need to flash to work again problem her all user try to flash phone full flash last sw version this not correct why ?
When you flash any sw version you will flash {sw version +boot version+flex version}problem if boot version
chang now phone completely dead now you can not flash originally sw version so we need to know problem flex version if i think and it possible to made update to change boot version any help and i try this post

What procedures did you perform?
What is the current state of the phone?
Can it be detected by PC?

I write her so phone hang at moto logo
now phone can not repair also by this way
phone now have new boot version 06.2a

What procedures did you perform to this handset?
Please provide us with some log files, it would spread some light at your problem.
Also, please tell us whether the set can be detected by SmartMoto or not.

yes phone can detected by SmartMoto (only in flash mood) i can flash phone any flash have same boot 06.2a but no way to fix this phone buy you ond other box

1- unlock phone (phone in flash mood )

I'm sure phone not power
phone stll hang at moto logo
i try many flash file also try to flash bootloade replacer and flash and try to unlock on smart clip but no new phone stll hang at moto logo

Motorola Z9 also hangs at motorola logo but it boot normal wit AT&T sim card. Acustomer brought it for unlocking so when i inseted our local sim it failed to boot up only stop at MOTOROLA LOGO. how do i do it to show me weither the phone is not accepting my country sim or not.

More likely that it is locked with some new type of encoding. It looks like someone have tried to perform unlock procedure for this handset, that now it stays in such condition.

thats not a problem, its same case as V3xxR. buy code and enter it using radiocomm.
