i had problem that s-card is damaged during update process i had sent mail to support from email id [email protected]. please solve my problem ASAP.

S Card Dongle been working perfectly. Till I've tried to update to latest version. Now dongle cannot be found, by Moto, SC Updater.

Have uninstalled/reinstalled e-gate drivers.

E Gate visible in Device Manager. Green light in dongle does not stay on when inserted into PC USB hub > does the light stay on or go off?

Message in S Card Updater;

Error when connecting card in FT SCR2000 1
SmartCard API error $80100069
The smart card has been removed, so that further communication is not possible.

Have tried this before. Nevertheless, I've just downloaded fresh version and installed. Same problem, no dongle found. Tried on S Moto, S-Card updater v1.03. Same message, 'no dongle found'.

Is this normal > In Device Manager > e-gate USB Smart Card > properties > General _ location = It is showing Location 0

Problem solved. Installed driver pack . E Gate 3.0.6 XP2K. And that reinstalled hardware - e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerators in device manager. All parts of SC now working 100%.
Hope this info will help someone in future.
