S-card Damaged During Update


I need a help here here.I was able to update my Smart-Clip to version 3.8 after thatI tried to upgrade my S-Card to version 1.08 all of a sudden after 24% it stopped and got frozen.After I treid again it told me that S-CARD IS INDENTIFEID AS DAMAGED BUT IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE REPAIRED
Please contact support for details.
What do I do know?.

You need to contact support at smart-clip.com
They will reset their server, and allow you to update skey again.
Don't forget to include your skey sn with you mail.

Thanks for your reply but before I posted my problem here i have already emailed the support all the information they might need.
Even up to this very minute I have not received any reply from them,I even had to send another mail the second time but still no reply from them.
Maybe they are still sleeping!!!.
I will wait till they wake up because I have no other option.

I am sure in the subject of my mail I wrote the serial number like this

S-Card ********* DAMAGED.

Can't someone from the support team read that?.Though I replied again with only the serial numbers but still waiting for hours now for the reply.
