I can't update the S-Card pls ?

@ JAVA Good,

If you're dealing with any difficulties during the update operation of Smart-Clip box, S-Card dongle or Smart Adaptor, following steps suppose to be performed:

Run update operation
Save log file in *.txt file format
Send log file along with the serial numbers to support[at]smart-clip.com

As soon as an e-mail will be received and all operations that are required for each case will be performed reply will be sent back to you e-mail.

Problems with ActiveX client:

If you have problems running unsigned ActiveX, please open Explorer's menu Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level and change "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" to "Prompt"

If you encounter problems during update make sure that:

Firewall on your computer (or your LAN) is configured properly or disabled
You have reliable internet connection
LPT port settings are set to EPP in BIOS
Your LPT cable works properly
You use a stable power supply with your clip (use power adapter)
Your IE version is not lower than v5.0
If you run update under WinXP, log in as Administrator or any other account with administrative rights

use internet explorer

tks for all for your help,

but my key now is dead, from 2007 if I remember it's the 2th Time only I update it, and mybe unlock no more 5 phones with this crap Dongle, and now is dead for some peopel win some money,

I understand, but this is no good from the team
