| Sending boot...com error, 0x04 Preparing...Com error 0x03 why does my box no longer work with furious to unlock alcatel yet it had been working ok until xp updated ftdi driver from from the one by steve to the one by windows update we need support to work around that problem |

| same problem when i select a virtual com but it works fine with com1. Try with other tool (same pinout) : setool, EU-Box, Z3X,.... good luck brother. |

| @ robba, In most cases such error appears because of faulty drivers. Install recommended drivers and run unlock operation. Issue you're dealing with will be solved. Recommended drivers can be found under the unlock manual. Best Regards GSMServer team  |
