A few weeks ago Motorola C975 got dead when I tried using the TP you provided,because it was the latest version we are still struggling with.

I have to buy a New one for the owner costing about US$xx.xx dollars.

Then three days, 6th March 2006 at about 18:45 GMT I had a probem during an update of my smart-clip.It was version 2.21, which was okay.I wanted to update it to unlock E1 because after using the test point,it could unlock it.

After several days of post thread, and sending you mails you have not been able to assist me.

Why why why SC, please you are doing well.we all praises you but you are becoming insensitive SC,

Why SC Team, for the few daya you have not been able to reply all the numerous e-mails I sent to you about my smart-clip.If you will assist me for me tell me and I will pay for the services.Dont keep silence, because silent can kill you.

Please come to my aid, my Box is not dead, I believe it is not dead.I have e-mailed you the log file with my serial number through thr address you provided but as at now no response from you for the past 65 hours.
I have been buying original dongles(original).I have also register it at your site.
I bought one from www.techgsm.com and www.allgsm.co.uk
Please help me to repair or it wouldnt be fair.
