agree with gsmdoctorca, there should be usb-smartclip box, and that adaptor should cost not much than JAFVista reader. it's too much for paying for just cable to finally establish communication with new laptops. just look, only smart-clip operating with "OLD" interfeace "LPT". i'm not complaining but i can't buy new laptop just because my great smartclip don't work like new technology. now this can be fixed but 60usd uufffffffff, i think it's too high. most of usb-lpt comverters costs not much then 8$ retail price.
i can bet that, next move from smart-clip team will be a new box, just as gsmdoctorca wrote: USBBox, so we should again buy it too, to eliminate "OLD" full operating box? i don't think so. smart-clip is one of the best box in gsm market and that possision will not be extended if acceleration of usability must consume higher cost of usage.
anyway i love my smart-clip, and i never said "NO" when they need my help. also they can make X-mas discounted price

great move for gsm-server but just all I wanna know is this work for another box has a LTP such as SCDR II ? This box is same family with RedBox II but we wish they will get what's we mean !

its a great move from gsmserver team, but i think its too expensive to pay, that price for just a adaptor, please you should consider to put a low price to this great and necesarry tool for use my precious smart clip with new notebooks, please think about that , all users willbe very very happy

cable cost is too much.....it should be not more then $15......Is offline repair PDS in side USB Cable?......if it is then..........offline repair PDS option should be within Smart-Clip update....i think it is in wrong place.

The most important thing is stability in Flashing/unlocking of phones, not the price of this great addon which will make the job as quick as we need.

How??? i had reinstalled the activex control a few minutes ago, and the USB option does not appars... ( my smart adaptor is on the way, it's not in my hand yet ) , the uniqe options are auto, LPT1,LPT2 and LPT3.... may be via auto option???
