smart clip died after update 4.00 - GSM-Forum

after try to update my clip to new version 4.00 the update process cant done and my clip is dead

the log of update is

SmartClip update software 2.00
Warning: make sure you use power adapter!

Clip serial: 33*******
Firmware not found
login... denied
Clip warranty period:
20-Sep-2005 to 19-Mar-2006 (expired)
EEPROM test successfull,reporting... OK
Checking dongle... OK
Smart-Clip dongle found, serial 86*******
Update denied, save log and contact support

is my clip is dead ..
help me please
i have updated my clip more time whit no any probemme as the update clien is buged

I REMBER LAST YEAR DECEMBER SMART TEAM INTRODUCE S CARD,THAT TIME I TRYED TO UPDATE MY SC AND ITS STOP WORK IN PROCESS OF UPDATING,I SEND LOG TO SMART CLIP I PASTE MY PROBLEM IN FORUM AS WELL BUT NO PROGRES AND AT LAST SC TEAM SAID U HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER SC.

I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE NOW THIS TIME IM NOT GOING TO UPDATE MY CLIP UNTIL IM FULLY SATISFIED.
I HOPE IT DONT HAPPEN AGAIN.

THAT SC IS STILL WITH ME CUZ THAT WAZ MY FIRST AND LUCKY CLIP

THERE IS NO DOUGHT THAT SC IS THE BEST SOLUTION FOR MOTOROLA.

update is ok, but maybe server is too busy, so be patient for update

it can't be a bugs if many user have already succeffely unlocked their T250i first in the world
