Details:

On June,9,2008, I sent them a mail with inquiry to Iphone LCDs. Firstly their staff (named Mr.Roi Vinzon) contacted me on MSN and confirmed our first sample order as 10 pcs Iphone LCD, he told me 10 pcs already been packed well and also I received a mail from sales@gsmminds confirmed that 10 pcs samples already been packed well. Since then, I paid 100% (Total USD 870 including USD 20 remittance charge) according to their requirement. But after them gotten the money, them destroyed the first agreement and asked to increase the minimum order Qty to 20 pcs, the excuse them told me is as Mr.Roi Vinzon is the new employee, he made this mistake!

We all know that international trade should be done in a serious way, that is why I refused this unreasonable requirement of theirs and ask them send me 10 pcs Iphone LCD sample as confirmed, or turn back the money to me.

Subsequently Ms.Diana Zubiri(she told me is the head of their sales dept.) chatted with me on the MSN, she keeping on insisted that minimum order is 20 pcs and ask me to pay the additional payment for another 10 pcs samples firstly. Since them do the business in such a unreasonable way, to protect ourselves, I asked her send us stock pictures and official proforma invoice for this 20 pcs order, finally she sent me the pictures(even it is not clear enough), but refused to send me the official proforma invoice( It is strange with this case in international trade). To show our sincerity, We did the concession and asked Ms.Diana Zubiri sent us announcement to state as Alexander Clamor(the one that they asked us to pay to by Western Union) is the official people who assigned by GsmMinds to receive the money by Western Union, but she did in a very unnormal way, that was: added some items on their website and then removed it after I told her that it is not necessary!!! At the same time, keeped on asking me to pay the additional 10 pcs all the time. Finally I told her that we will come to visit their company in philippines and purchase the goods by cash, but she refused to tell me Gsmminds' details address and asked me to find other staffs in GsmMinds, since she is the header of their sales dept., why I need to contact with others?

Honestly to say, I am tired to discuss further with any easygoing staffs and company like themrs, since then, we ask them send me back the money, but all the time there are keeping on asking the other 10 pcs’ payment, just think, if without official agreement, they must asking another 20 pc’s payment if we paid another 10 pcs’ payment accordingly, then again asking for 40pcs, 80 pcs paymant…
