To the team behind smart clip, i need your help

Problem: i cannot register my smart clip with boot loader V2.

I have bought original solution(in 2006) from a UK reseller that is no longer trading. (fonedoctor)

I have the s card registered with my smart-clip, and for the last 3-4 years i ve used smart-clip and smart moto maily to unlock, until i had a U9 that after unlock keep restarting( i need to flash it etc. etc.etc.)

I had registered with the original boot-loader, but that no longer works. i ve downloaded the boot loader download manager and it does not recognise my s-card (s card inserted into usb port.

Whats the solution?

Make sure you're using direct Internet connection, firewall and/or antivirus should be turned off. Do not run SmartMoto, SCout or any other software which uses smart-card protection while working with "Boot-Loader Download Manager".

The problem i have is that boot loader v2 does not recognise s card and when i start boot loader says no device found!
