| SMART-CLIP KILLED V3v and v300 and "...clip communication failed" ?!? till now box worked just fine and sudenly started to kill phones and when trying to connect with SmartMoto it says "...clip communication failed" on and on... so it is not possible even to flash phones... it reads Serial number and Firmware version, updates without problem...but when you try to connect it with SmartMoto all the time is "...clip communication failed" ! hardware mistake? What is my problem pleace help..?  -- Best regards, mayer |

| Hello mayer, We need more information to be able to solve the problem: 1. Do you use a battery or a mains adaptor to power your Smart-Clip? Please, always use 9V 500mA DC adaptor. 2. What indicator lights do you have on your SC when you power it on? 3. Try to connect any phone to SmartMoto program through SC -- does the program detect the Clip?
