Try to uninstall drivers of Scard and install them again. Did you have any error before?Check also in Device Manager if it's found correctly

I had this fault, along with a few others.
The problem for me (and the others) was an error on the last update cycle.
Easily resolved with a email to the support site stating your skey i.d and the message given.
They will then let their server update your key again.
