when i connect smart to power adapter smart clip on only red and yellow light not on green light and not connect to pc what can i do plz help

Try updating your Clip and send a log file to support[at]smart-clip.com.

smart clip not connect bcz smart clip not on completly only on red and yellow light not on green light what can i do

im having the game problem and i cant send it back to reseller cause warranty is over its even giving wrong serial when i try to connect through scard uodater

If your Clip is still under warranty - contact your reseller and exchange it. If the warranty is expired - contact support[at]smart-clip.com for more options.
