Red face Smart Clip problem two months ago

i need help to fix my problem with my smartclip the thing is when i plug the power adaptor ( buy from gsm server 10 v 1 a) the clip turn on tx led and don't find smart moto or update process

attach log of last update process

@ absalon,

Problems with ActiveX client:

If you have problems running unsigned ActiveX, please open Explorer's menu Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level and change "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" to "Prompt"

If you encounter problems during update make sure that:

1. Firewall on your computer (or your LAN) is configured properly or disabled
2. You have reliable internet connection
3. LPT port settings are set to EPP in BIOS
4. Your LPT cable works properly
5. You use a stable power supply with your clip (use power adapter)
6. Your IE version is not lower than v5.0
7. If you run update under WinXP, log in as Administrator or any other account with administrative rights

If during update appears the message "Please update client" - you should perform the following: Open your folder Windows --> Downloaded program files. Find a file named CSmartClient_object, delete it, restart your PC and try to update again.

dont show that message and i dont heve problem with activeX

my problem is that i try to update my clip the program show errors something about cmd and dont update right
and worst is that i only one time use the clip and then it star to show the problem, first was the firmware ff.ff then dont update rigth and now only turn on tx led
if the clip dont working i need that you change me the clip (i buy from you and i have three months with this problem when the clip have warranty)
