firstly let me explain my situation.

1. b4 the s-carD i had 2 smart clips.
2. i bought the s-card and updated one of the smart-clips.
3. this clip now is fully updated and does not detect any fone.

therefore all i ask from smart-clip support is they let me pair my second fully working smart=clip with the s-card.

AM I ASKING FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE AS THIS SITUATION HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED FOR LAST 2-3 WEEKS. I NEED SUPPORT

I have a few questions for you.
Did you update your Clip & S-Card to the latest version? Did Update process finish successfully? What phone models the detect process failed with?
Did you send a log files to support[at]smart-clip.com?

About second Clip. Each S-Card dongle is allowed to be registered with a single Smart-Clip device. The developer excludes a possibility when a single USB key can be used with few Smart-Clips.

for me working check ur phone cable and try and again it should working cos some time cable problem i changed it and let it try

i am asking that smart-clip cancel my smart clip pairing with my first smart clip and allow me to pair with my second clip. so i will be left with one smart-clip paired to s-card .

Hi, i got the s card and updated with smart clip. Smart clip working fine. But can't get the access of flash file. When I login with smart clip, its says my account download limit has been reach the limit See account details. And I saw the account its says I don't have any credit. How to get the access. My scard was connected. Please reply. Thanks

Thanks for update Smart clip team.Waited here at him and wager on that abstracting problem with communication clipu with phones,but join impossible of achievement anyway.Since what I have Skey I couldn't try how works.Before up - dating everything worked well,but now always "Searching for phone... no phone found"
Re - install and other cable I of course tried is any more solving,or I have at home nice paper - weight on the table!

Hi

I have gotten the problem but it is easily solved.

I have used a v220 just to test the software and it gave me no phone found. I tried another and it find it. I have notice that the usb connection is correded (dirty) and i cleaned it and it work. So I recommend try another phone and see. maybe it's just that phone giving the problem.

I have problem too I have smart fiew years and always when I unlock V360 by TP all was exelent but I bay S-card and now I have problem after unlock By TP (not prepare becuse always dead and I must full flash so I don`t have time for this) v360 works but don`t have java games solution?? full flah only so this for me lose money

I have smart and dreambox from gsm-server team i thing it`s exelent team but i`m make about 60-100 lock and langs for a day. My time in work now it`s lonegr after flash motorola

v360 unlock +lang pack its mayby-5 minuts by TP
V360 unlock +lang pack + full flash becuse games not valid-15 minutes BY TP and s-card

Best_Gsm what happened with the prepare function? It's not working properly? Tell us what happened cause I unlocked this week three phones in 3 minutes...
