Unlock V3re smartmoto show connect needle A to TP , after I connect needle A to TP , smartmoto cannot search the phone , I try many time the problem is same , My smart clip box problem ? Or my tp cable problem ? please help !

i think u not correct to place U smart TP neddle please repeat again ihave tried 100% unlock.........

If SMART TP from GSMServer sure its Good if not maybe damage Smart TP.

Please provide us with more detailed information:
What cable have you used for unlock procedure?
What power supply you are using for the Smart-Clip?
Also, please show us log file without serial numbers.

@ dxm,

This error usually appears if Smart TP wasn't connected properly or the cable that you use is faulty.
Please tell us where have you purchased your cable.

cable u r using is not correct its seems simmiler to smart testpoint cable but symatic is diffrent because i had same cable u have and same problem u had then i changed cable and now everything going fine
