have submitted 2 log files re clip failure bu heard nothing back wondered if ther is some sort of problem

hello gsm-support i also trying to update but fail when i save log and sent to
log to [email protected] that and reply is this Your Smart-Clip is blocked due to file sharing.i dont share any thing i think u mistakely block my serial why. i know smartclip terms when i useing smartclip.
