| @ sadiq123, Run update procedure using Internet Explorer. Before performing update procedure, please close SmartMoto, Check ActiveX settings: Open Explorer's menu Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level and change "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" to "Prompt" Also, please make sure that:
