If you are using WIN7 32BIT set you IE how manual, (i not have seen Win7 32BIT drivers), run as admin and this specific problem is becouse you not have created the "Smart Clip Protection Key"...read carefully "How Install Smart Clip" and "How setting IE"...

P.d. install in Win Xp sp3 and you will be that's running very fine.

Or just try newest version like 4.32 maybe older version got bug or not work anymore.
