SmartMoto will not see any phone - GSM-Forum

I just upgrade to from Smart-unlocker to Smartclip, Smartmoto will not see any phones when connected to smart clip USB to computer works just fine. I tried to unlock V3, v180, V220 smartclip will not see any phone just goes red on light when the phones are connected to smartclip and smart moto says no phone found.. Please advise

maybe V3 needs testpoint.
for V180 and V220 please connect the charger to the phone and after press unlock.

you must use laptop cable to connect the pc to smart-clip

Try to connect tru test-point, if the problem persist check ur cable contact to phone.
