Solution simple:
- install smart-moto (ignore all errors)
- install updated protection driver from here: updated protection driver
- reboot when driver ask

Atleast even good installed itself SmartMoto ( and drivers ) there a still a little problem with some FTDI USB-COM adapters ( used to port "Computer COM" ports named connections on ODM Motorola ( or Alcatel, ect... ) brands and also some specific W180 ect ... phones under Win7 ( i test headaches on Win8 and can tell that MicroSoft current driver signing policy is nightmare for oldest / out of support / USB things ) even for x32 version. So my suggestion - keep one "old" PC hot loaded with needed things ( Win 98 / Win XP, drivers, dongles, ect ... ) and surprise a customers when they ask you something so exotic !

well I just installed my smart clip on win 7x64 and this error tells me to touch him and and put it under administrator rights

S-Card is working great, but there's no update for Smart-Clip Adaptor for x64. We're recommended to update drivers for those platforms or make Smart-Clip features in Smart-Clip2. It's simple solution team ? \

Well... I askd the same and unfortunately looks like the team is not willing to update the drivers for Smart-Clip Adaptor to be able to work under 64Bit

can u pls repost an a new link for this updated protetion drivers somehwere on mediafire or 4shared or goodgle drive and post here the link! would appreciate, as this is the only thing standing between me and the scard to be updated to ver 3.13!
