1. Use SmartMoto 4.29
2. LG GW300 cable
3. Select correct port
4. Read Codes
5. Enter Unlock Code
6. Enjoy

just unlock one more t mobile energy using gw300 cable and smartmoto 4.29.
work perfect .phone unlocked in 2 min via ready codes.thanks

the problem you're dealing with appears due to faulty drivers.
Install Recommended drivers and run operation once again, issue you're dealing with will be solved.
