and no think afater

@ zikouu,

This issue appears because ActiveX client is not installed.
Please refer to this link for the detailed manual on what steps has to be performed in such situation.

The same problem with update. I read all manuals and i don't find answer, IE8, all activex enabled, firewall and antyvirus disabled, port talk installed and still hang on: Please wait. Software loading.... in both sites.

In case if web page hangs on "Please wait. Software loading" it shows that the ActiveX is not installed. Please double check settings.

I will check 10 times or more, i use prompt and manually click install and enable for automatic, still same problem.

Problem solved, something is wrong with my computer, in second but without lpt program starts normally
