U6 Unlock Problems ---- Clip Communication Failed ---helppppp - GSM-Forum

Hi Guys ,

i have this strange problem unlocking this U6 phone , pls friends help me sort this out >>>>> here is this log

SmartMoto 3.10
S-Card: ********* Smart-Clip dongle, v 2.06, assigned Smart-Clip: ********* Europe, initializing... OK
Clip serial: *********, version: 4.06, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (PEBL U6), getting test interface... OK
Model PEBL U6
Firmware R478_G_08.84.2DR_A
Switching to flash mode...
clip communication failed

FULLY CHARGED BATTERY , N CHANGED THE ADOPTER TO 12V FOR THE SMARTCLIP ,,,,,,, TRIED MANY THINGS AFTER SEARCHING ON THIS FORUM ,,,,,,, HELP ME PLEASE I THINK DEFINETELY I M MISSING SOMETHING SOMEWHERE

Put in flash mode manually an do prepare procedure after reflash ur fone and all will be ok

P.S:To put ur fone in flash mode press *+#+power button

Check your Power Adapter output.
You need to have output of 9V with 500 mA or higher.
I use Power Adapter with output = 9V 500mA and have had zero problems.
Power adapters are cheap you can buy them on EBay.
