In order to install/uninstall SmartMoto you must have an administrator rights.

i remove all reg entry with SmartMoto but still same problem

YES I M USING YOUR UNINSTALLER ITS REALLY NICE SOFTWARE YOU CAN REMOVE REGISTRY FILES WITH IT

Temp Solution :

Install SmartMoto on other Pc and Copy The Gsmserver's Folder and Copy it To Pc wich u want work on it !

tested&Proved !
