Unlock V3x without TP - GSM-Forum

Hi

I got a friend who is a new user of smart-clip. He said he just unlock a V3x without using smartmoto, with TP, just unlock it with the smart-clip. Is it possible ?

I query him about this but he said that phone is under 3G network, so, must be V3x. Any idea ?

V3x cant be unlock without tp........it could be v3
