Perform following operations:

1. Read phone backup from this phone model, and send it to support[at]smart-clip.com along with the log file or upload it to some file sharing web site and PM me link to it.
2. After the backup was read you can try to flash the phone with another firmware version and run Direct unlock operation once again. After that post results along with the log file here.
   Don't forget to erase your serial numbers.

Don't forget to Read phone backup before flashing the phone and send backup to us!
