some suggestion here for smart team if they really want to satifsy and increase customer base.

1.remove the clip login on www.boot-loader.com this will make happy
atleast 75% customer.

2.also remove the licence system for runing smartmoto.we have paid for it than why there is limit?
we should be free to use it on any computer.any how we can only use it with smartclip not with any other tools.

3.Do alternate method for updating clip as lots of people having problem either upgrading or after upgrading.
better make some tools that we can run on our desktop and can easily update like most of the tools coming these days.
nearly 20% of your customer suffering with this updating procedure.

personally i have suffering with all above problems and all user having some sort of problem.i think you make these measure
to stop cloning but remember one thing only 40% of microsoft windows user use licence copy and all other use pirated,despite
this Bill Gates is world's richest man,bcoz windows is user friendly and thats why people use it worldwide.the more you make your product complicate the more
you will lost your customer.the more you make it user friendly the more customer you will get.

For 3. ==> not agree. if u take time to understand the procedure and do it accrodingly, u should not have proble.

my concern is for 1. customers whose box has failed during update;

for 2== not agree with u. some customer dont have internet connected to all computers.than its hard to get licence

for 3==not agree with u.all people here doing it accordingly and taking time,its problem with them only

Mate, this things aren't put there to bother the users, it's in order to avoid copy for their hardwork. I think that clip login in boot-loader it's normal in order to protect their work. Maybe download only one file and improve connection method should be good but remember that they must take care of their research.

About Sc licenses, if they do not put licenses it will be free in two days for everyone. They MUST protect it. Also I think 5 licenses is quite enough...

Let's continue...About SmartClip update just if you have a good internet connection you won't find any problem. I have this clip since nearly one year and I haven't any problem of any kind.And also since I got this clip updates procedure was always the same.

About Bill Gates...SmartClip team is not Bill Gates and as I said in order to fight clones and to give best support they must protect the product as well as they can cause as you can see there is no Rockey or E-gate dongle here so the device is the protection and all the communications between clip and computer must be checked carefully...

I have been using nearly everyday SmartClip and I must say it's the best device if you know how to work with it.

I'm not suffering.Was my first device and I always will trust in them. Long Life to SmartClip

Yes but the words you said about things they must do concern me as a user. Also I import SmartClips to Spain in low quantity from some resellers and none of the boxes I have sell got any problem with updates.

I'm concerned about you only asked to remove any security from SC and Bootloader, great idea...Remove clip login in boot-loader--->People can use the account anywhere and borrow accounts use accounts in many places(for example publish in a forum the login and download everything...).

License system for SmartMoto, well now everyone will be able to work with it or try to crack it to use backup system and remove Rsa....License system is necessary. Noone said this business was going to be easy. And of course if you have a business you must have internet connection in all your computers, this is a fact.

About the online registerng is to avoid clones updates, check where is the last update of clones boxes and due to license system clones can not work with smartmoto. If they have some tool like Pbb or Jaf to update the box using the software, this guys will be able of spy what is doing and just do the same with the clones. Research it's hard and I think everybody should understand that these little problems that they try to solve are important to protect your own business(or you want SC gets cracked and everybody will be able of unlock motorola phones).

i agree with most of the things that said over here,but have u noticed they never reply to most of the threads?they r maybe blind or deaf(we have to shout louder) or they are laughing at us,dont get me wrong i like their products,i think is wonderful,but their customer service is zilch!!so lets buy them dark ********es or hearing aid,cos i gave up at the end trying to login into their stinkee site,i said b4 in the forum that im willing to buy all the moto files,cos the other way no one can get in to download anything.what they r good at upgrades and ignoring our plea!,if someone can sell me moto files i will put it here for free!

one more problem with smart clip.trying to download one file for last three days for v3 but no success,some time it stop in middle some time on 99% and some time just 800 or more kbs.but still trying till now.now when try to connect clip "login...inet error:cannot connect to the server" please sc team do something...enough enough and enough

completly agree about smart-moto licence,
why the need of a box if only can work on a pc?,
can´t save the lic on clip eeprom?,

about updates, I have a dead clip by update,
but nows it looks like downloading then updating (correct me if I am wrong),
so less risky..

If we will start listening to such sensless suggestions (a specially the one about Mr. Gates), our next step should be - start giving a Clip for free. And i am sure most of the world will keep being happy, but some of the users will still ask for more...

If somebody doesn't like the Smart-Clip - just don't use it...

smartmoto license system is thing which i dont like........i have many troubles with my PC /viruses, burned HDD, and problems with motherboard/ so this 3 troubles cost me 3 of my 5 licenses.........now i pray nothing to happen to my PC.........so please increase numers of licenses
