user code not read on V3x - GSM-Forum

i have one pcs and I try to read user code but no chance because I have this error
Clip serial: xxxxxxxxxxxx, version: 2.25, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (RAZRV3x), getting test interface... AT command error
Read phone Info error
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (RAZRV3x), getting test interface... AT command error
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (RAZRV3x), getting test interface... AT command error
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (RAZRV3x), getting test interface... AT command error
This error is possible during phone turning on, you may try <Search> once again
Please help me to read this code

not impossible. tried many times, you have to flash the phone to remove the user code.
