can you help me plz v 360 (09.02) dead after unlock (error a4) and i have repair phone is ok but phone not accsepted to flash ( error be)

V360 boot 9.02 can only be unlocked by TP with smart-clip

thanks yes i use tp for unlock phone but always (error a4) i have tested 3 phone and i have 2 post but not work after update 2.28 may box not work good
