Have you tried to connect the phone via TP and perform Repair PDS, Full Flash procedures as Lhick have suggested?

In case if the handset was flashed with wrong file it suppose to be read via TP.
Please make sure that the battery fully charged and try to connect the phone via TestPoint.

@ ayob,

In case if the handset can not be detected at all, one of possible reasons is some hardware malfunction.
Please check the mainboard of the phone.

Connect the phone via TP (it can be found, with the detailed instructions, at www.boot-loader.com, section Public Downloads->testpoint->....), after that perform Repair PDS procedure and Full Flash the phone.
