I have the same error with v3.........when i try to full flash the software says

''Incomplete chip identity, flas or backup writ unavailable''.....i try to repair pds but the same error..
what can i do now....Plz help.

Hello faisi,

Incomplete chip identity means that flash chip can't be read properly.
Try to reconnect the phone!
if it will not help than try to reheat it with hot air, it may help!

just a little quick guess but i hear you have to flash Pds repair then you have to full flash the bootloader and mosnter pack. motox.us has the files you need

Hello,

i have a L7 always in flash mode. This problem becames after i want to change languagepaket.

I have tested different flashfiles. I have repair PDS with Fullflash.

I recieve fone in hang and restart pb. i flash it with these files...
1.R374_G_0E[1].42.0CR_lp0031_full_flash
2.R374_G_0E[1].42.0CR_lp0031_reflash
3.R374_G_0E[1].42.0CR_lp0031_SE8604AXXG10AB_flash_flex

and after this set goes in flash mode automatically when i press the pwr button......
and after this when i try to flash or repair pds the massage shows like this..

Searching for phone... found S Flash Neptune LTE, getting test interface... interface not found

Hello faisi,

Flash chip is damaged. Try reheat it with hot air, it may help.

i have dead v3, and I tried to flahs it with test point. after that the screen show

Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect usb
data cable

I've trying to flash it again with test point, but it doesn't work, smart clip says " phone not found!" I've tried many times, but the software still "phone not found"

give me some solution pls

Hello vanbasten,

Why You have done TP for this phone Boot Loader 08.26?
It can be done in such way:

Unlocking V3 (boot ver.8.26)

You need to use SmartMoto to unlock these models.

1. Power on the phone.
2. Connect it to PC via smart-clip, detect your phone in SmartMoto.
3. Go to Unlock bookmark, pick your model, press "Remove RSA" button.
4. Phone goes into boot mode.
5. Part of phone firmware is reflashed.
6. The phone powers on and is ready to be unlocked by Smart-Clip using simple "press one button" method (press Unlock button on Smart-Clip).

Now You can try to connect the phone to PC, and check if Windows will see the phone. IF it can be seen by PC than try to connect it using Smart-Moto after that make Repair PDS and Full Flash the phone.

the phone is on,
phone connection is smart clip usb port
I use Usb cable from phone conecting to smart clip's Usb

tell me more information to get my phone alive back

HI, when you have the following error with smartmoto:

SmartMoto 1.19

Just flash the phone with PST, after that the phone will work again and you can use smartmoto again.

I did that with a V3 with the same problem after flash several times with smartmoto and work fine now. I don't know why this happen some times with smartmoto.
