Is this motorola supported. If so, by testpoint or normal unlock.

Boot version 0C.C1 and firmware version R3442A_G_0E.43.04R shows that you have V3re.
It can be unlocked via Prepare Smart TestPoint procedure and Smart TestPoint cable.

do a little scrash in testpoint that way smart tespoint cable is going to have more stable conection with pcb

@ nost,

In most cases when boot version get read as 4.00 it shows that the phone has hardware malfunction. Please check the PCB of the phone.
