v3 edge in flash mode - GSM-Forum

hi as a fairly new user with smart-clip this my problem had 2 v3 edge to unlock first one no problem second one i do prepair then when i connect test point press ok after little while it says load error i then try prepare again it gives me warning phone is in flash mode so i cancell how do i fix this problem please i dont have flash file the firmware is 0c.c1 R3442A-G-0E.41:02: thanks

Just perform unlocking process once again. The program will restore temporary backup that was created during your first unlocking attempt.

thank u i thought if i tried it i would have to flash the phone an didnt have file thank u for that it worked fine

Hye evry 1
i have got v3 edge fro unlock c1
i have unlocked 1 of them but my 2nd phne got some prb .while i connect teh test point firstly it said samrt clip communications eror
then i again prepare then phen to restore teh backup file the procces went ok and i got message disamble the phne and attached the test point /
i did but after that phne got dead
i try to recoved it but this time i git stcuked on boot,
can any 1 help me out of this sistution

"Clip communication error" states that you are using a low power supply. Please get the proper one with output of 12V, 750mA (or alternatively use 10V, 1A).

Try connecting your phone again perform the process from the beginning. In case of any error, please show us a log file without serials.

sir i have this v3 edge i was trying to unlock it by preparing it, and it asked me for testpoint. after i made the testpoint of v3re , and tried to proses unlocking it. it got stock not even seeing it as testpoint. at that time the phone was still in boot mode . so i tried to reconnect it. to see if i could get right by starting all over again, but what i have now is no boot mode and smart clipe only see,s it as blank please what,s the solution

If your phone now gets detected in blank mode - it must have a hardware issue and not much you will able to do about it.
Anyway, please show the log file without serials and we will see what can be done.
